Zoho Calendar is a clean, crisp and fully-featured web calendar that rivals any of its better known competitors.
If you have used other online calendars before, notably Google Calendar, you'll be familiar with Zoho Calendar. To add an item to the calendar, click on the date in question. For a quick add, write the appointment in the box that appears and for more detail, click edit. There's also a handy Smart Add function, which interprets a variety of instructions even if they are not written in date format.
Obviously, you'll be able to add multiple calendars to Zoho Calendar, isolating individual ones or viewing them all together. There are also different calendar views - day, week, work, month, and agenda. You can also import calendars from other locations, and share or export calendars you create yourself.
Zoho Calendar is easy to sign up to, requiring just the usual username and password. By creating an account, you'll actually have access to the entire Zoho office suite, an extensive range of web apps. Zoho Calendar is currently in beta and, for the moment at least, is free.
On the whole, Zoho Calendar is a perfect web app - easy to sign up for, easy to use and fully functional. On the downside, the Zoho Calendar appointment reminder function isn't very advanced, but overall it's a very minor quibble.
Zoho Calendar is a great app and rivals any of the more famous calendar services out there on the web.
